Grate the Parmesan for 15 seconds/speed 10. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Add the parsley, garlic, most of the pine nuts, the oil, and lemon juice to the mixer bowl, then season. Blend for 15 seconds/speed 7. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

Chop the broccoli for 5 seconds/speed 5. Transfer to the steaming basket.

Pour 2 pounds 12 ounces (1.25 kg) water into the mixer bowl and season. Bring to the boil for 10 minutes/215°F/speed 1 without the measuring cup inserted into the lid. Carefully add the pasta to the mixer bowl. Attach the steaming basket to the mixer bowl lid. Cook for 6 minutes/steam mode/reverse stir/speed 2, or until the pasta is al dente and the broccoli is tender. Drain the pasta in a colander.

Add the broccoli, pesto, pasta, and béchamel to the mixer bowl. Cook for 2 minutes/215°F/reverse stir/speed 2 until well combined.

Serve the pasta with the grated Parmesan and remaining pine nuts.
